What a great post DJA! Glad to see that his shows are starting to sell out already. All those shows and I don’t think I will be able to attend any. Want to go to the one in Vegas but just don’t think I can make it as of right now. Would love for him to have a show in KC again. That is always far and few between but I can always hope. 🙂 Can’t wait to hear his new songs!

Yay!!! I’m going to Vernal. The Price show is actually closer, but I have family history in Vernal so it drew me there. I’m loving how he is playing at small venues. It feels more like he’s in my living room. 🙂 I’m even settling for just a single show. It seems that my heart is happy with that anymore. Maybe it’s age, I don’t know, but whatever it is I’m happy to be going out to Vernal. ♥♥

One thing about his opening day on concerts, it is my daughters, great granddaughter and niece’s birthday that day! So they ought to be great concerts! David we only wish the best for you always!

Hey everyone it’s Kristin! Thought I’d check in and leave a comment after seeing DJA’s post about the spring tour :). I will be doing the show in Northampton …and frankly it’s going to be major deja vu because I saw David at Iron Horse when he came here last February! I can’t believe tomorrow will be one year since that show it’s crazy…I was so glad that he had a great turnout after so long and that there were some people my age at the show along with a very diverse crowd (THANK YOU!!). Also he and the band were awesome that night 😀 Northampton Part 2 here I come hahahaha.
Anyway, a few of my girlfriends will be joining me for the show AT LAST (two of them will FINALLY meet David in person yay!!…the other friend had already met him in the past and I’m crossing fingers for her)…and well, I’m just feeling very blessed. Amazing how much has changed after finally seeing him at TOFW in Worcester almost two years ago: Northampton, Hartford (for my best friend), Fairfield for the Christmas tour…and back to Northampton again. Coming full circle for sure…
Hope everyone has been well and I think of you guys now and then :).

I’m loving the sound of those teasers, but then when don’t I love anything coming from the David Archuleta! They do have a different vibe.
I still can’t tell you how blessed I feel to have been able to attend several concerts and two more coming up! So glad for you that are attending concerts, if you can only get to one that’s great as long as you get to one, they are sooooo worth it!

Good to see everyone back to liven up the place! He will be on the go in about 2 1/2 weeks and I always start miss seeing him in concert. He is so habit forming. 🙂 After all it’s been almost 3 months already! 🙂

DJA I forgot about the Q&A thing, but I did read through some of them after it was over. He shed some pretty great insight into the private level of his life regarding his loves and losses. And, also, the basic topics for his new songs. It should be an interesting album. #happyinternationalwomensday

Just got back from Branson. Went to see Samson at the Sight and Sound Theater. They put on an awesome show. Bible stories that are live with live animals, etc. Like on 3 stages and has great special effects. Not David but this is closer…only 2 hrs drive. 🙂 Kept up with vids of his shows on my phone while I was away. Dang, wish he was closer…
Can’t complain really since I seen him just 3 months ago. ♥

Fen, I saw David in Northampton this past Saturday 😀 best show of his yet! I LOVE the new song…and must say I was quite impressed with the sound. DEFINITELY different from what we’ve seen of David. Looks like when the new album drops…it might top the awesomeness that was Postcards haha!

I have to skip this tour. Just watching the vids that the fans post. Only heard a small snippet of the new song. So small I can’t even rate it! LOL 🙂 Waiting (unpatiently) for his new album to drop later this year. 🙂 Every new one is better than the previous one…he just gets better and better with age! New songs are always exciting. ♥

Thanks again for another super Sunday puzzle Abs. All one color is always tricky. 🙂 It was an awesome photo of David. Hope his throat is better and he gets a lot of rest having his Sunday rest. The hardest puzzle I have ever done is a KC Chiefs one that I just finished. It was shaped like the helmet with about 7 players in it and it was so many colors and the pieces were all irregular. It was a lot bigger than I thought it was, too. Had to add to the cardboard that I had it on. Where it looked like it fit, it didn’t and where it looked like it wouldn’t fit, it did! So hard that I glued the thing together and will put it on the wall! 🙂
Got to hear Paralyzed finally and another song I guess is another new one, Happy Now. With him singing cover songs of different pop singers and I don’t listen to them, when he sings one, I’m not sure if it is his or a cover song unless they say it. 🙂

I have to say that I haven’t been watching any videos of the concerts. When I do that before the one that I’m going to it makes my excitement different. Plus, then I do a lot of comparing and it gets weird. So … I’ll take your word, Jan, that it’s an amazing song. But then, why wouldn’t it be, David’s performing it. 🙂

David is coming to Toronto May 11 to a recording studio and I had my name in for a notification but somehow passed by the email yesterday!! When I opened it I was now on a Wait List! He will be with 30 people in the studio for 3 hours including food etc. Anyway, I was fortunate to see two concerts and several of our friends including Abbra! The concert halls had restaurants or a pub attached so people were able to have a really nice visit with each other. It has been years since we last met but it didn’t seem that way. Yes Tawna, Abbra should write about the concert! The two of us were perhaps ‘brazen’ leaning on the stage while catching up with each other when everyone was sitting before it started. Great concerts, as usual he blew everyone away. People we all know, filled the two front rows and more!. He had people on their feet rocking to his music!

Hello everyone! Just wanted to share about the Chicago show! You already know amazing David sounds and if you follow me on Instagram you may have seen a few pics & snippets (follow me at resalerocks). I’m soooooo happy I got to go to a concert! I was sick last time I had a ticket and couldn’t go! I usually see at least 50 fans that I know at the shows but in Chicago I didn’t recognize anyone so I started asking around ( I’m not very shy lol ) and it seemed as though 80% of the folks had never seen him live! My sister and another fan that came with me also asked around and they got the same replies! How interesting and awesome that he drew that many people to a concert! Some of them only knew him from Idol. Some had the Postcards album. Every one was in disbelief that he sounds better live! Ah the wonder of watching people fall under his spell ! It was truly entertaining! The merch table was packed after the show and I got to talk to Kari about all the people that had never seen him live. I asked her to tell him that and also that the new song is FIRE! She said she would. When David first came out on stage I waved at him – he saw me and waved back – he knows I was there – a fan from the beginning! It was truly amazing to see him really happy and mature and so open and honest.

I am hoping that most of the 30 VIPs in Toronto will give new Canadian fans an opportunity to meet him and maybe with it all he will see if concerts here are a possibility. It is a fair distance to go to the ‘recording’ studio so besides being introduced to 30 fans?? David is always interesting. 😊

Fun puzzle, Abrra. 🙂 I don’t remember the name of this dino guy but David rattled it off like he was its best friend … actually, he said it was his favorite dinosaur when he was a little kid. 🙂
Just to let you all know that David had Vernal rockin’ and cheering. Dayzee was the only one there that I knew, other than my hubby. It didn’t matter, David was there and that’s all we needed! 🙂 And “Paralyzed” … there are no words to describe that song and David’s performance of it. I can truly see that he is leaning working towards making his music become radio friendly. Fine with me!!

Another goodie! A lot of black is always a killer tho! LOL Worth it to see such a great photo…he always brings peace and contentment to me. I guess since he is usually so easy going. That’s the way I remember him the very first time I met him. With me rattling on and on with nerves he was just laid back answering me back and with that killer smile! 🙂

Haha Abrra!! I’ve had about 3 weeks in a row where Monday was suddenly Friday and there seemed to be nothing in between, so I feel your confusion!!
I’d say it’s a cute picture of David, which it probably is of him, but the chicken kind of ruins it. I just can not like chickens and turkeys. They’re just weird looking and creep me out.
