    David James Archuleta (born December 28, 1990) is an American singer-songwriter and actor. At ten years old, he won the children's division of the Utah Talent Competition leading to other television singing appearances.[6] When he was twelve years old, Archuleta became the Junior Vocal Champion on Star Search 2.[6] In 2007, at sixteen years old, he became one of the youngest contestants on the seventh season of American Idol.[7] In May 2008 he finished as the runner-up, receiving 44 percent of over 97 million votes.

I had to post one more for the holidays. I guess my ugly #Christmas sweater scared all the kids from wanting to stand next to me. 😂 their jammies were jammin' though! I shared this verse with my friends and family and thought it would be good to share it with all of you as well! "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." – Isaiah 9:6 May we remember the reason behind the season everyone. Joy to the world! A Savior is born! The Prince of Peace. Let's carry the Christmas spirit forward and #lighttheworld . Christmas is the most beautiful time of the year. I’m so thankful I got to spend it with the people I love most. We spent today visiting the people in the neighborhood we grew up in. The Rowley’s (first photo) changed my life. Mr. Rowley is the most incredible man and he radiates God’s light. He was our former bishop and helped and cared for our family when we especially needed it. Thinking about the conversations we’ve had brings tears to my eyes. I would not have been able to make it through that time in my life 4 years ago if he had not been there. Him and his sweet wife are angels! Mr. Walton (2nd pic) is another amazing man. His incredible wife Mary passed away this year. They were always serving others together and thinking about how they could improve another persons life. We were able to go visit him and Ella (an elderly lady who has the coolest Christmas setup) and sing for them. Brother Walton gives the best hugs EVER, so I’m so happy David got a pic of it, haha. What have you guys done for Christmas today? Merry Christmas!

Thank you all for an amazing year 2017!  David has been more than I ever imagined, a slow start but then full speed ahead!  And 2018 looks to be more amazing the 2017!  Hang on y’all!

    Had a wonderful Christmas this year and hope you all did too. We even had a white one! 🙂

    For all that is traveling, stay safe! There is a lot of snow and cold weather out there.

    Happy Birthday to David! Can’t believe he will be 27 on the 28th! They will be doing a trending for it on Twitter! Thursday at 9 central time. 🙂
