So, since we have 3 weeks, that gives me time to figure out my new Instant Pot that came yesterday 🙂 . Hubby’s first question when I opened it.. “where are you going to put it?” My answer… “I don’t know.” It’s sitting in the corner of the kitchen, on the floor for right now. And, also, how to do twined rag rugs on my new loom, that also doesn’t have a place to go, and it isn’t small.
I’ve been lost in a YouTube vortex learning how to do it. Why do I do this stuff at my age?! Oh my!!

That sounds like me going to learn Spanish while David was gone…didn’t happen! lol I even took 2 yrs of it in hi school. The main thing I learned and have never forgotten is to count to ten! 🙂
I am a total night person. Have the hardest time to get to sleep and when I do get to sleep I don’t want to get up. I seem to do ok when I’m out there with Dayzee to see the David concerts. The main way I do ok is the time difference. It’s either 1 or 2 hrs earlier so I adapt. When I get home I always have a bad case of jet lag! 🙂 And setting the clock up in the spring is awful to lose another hour…wish they would leave it one way or the other. I could move to AZ or Hawaii where they don’t have…..rambling again… 🙂
I think David will be announcing more and more concert dates.

This Old Gal Pressure Cooker Recipes Instant Pot
I got the extra slow cooker lid too. It’s lighter than the reg cover for the pot and easier to clean. It’s only used for the slow cooker(crock pot) setting, never for the pressure cooking.
Do the water test in the instruction book. Its a tutorial to help you understand the controls and function of the pot.
One last thing, I always use cooking spray for easy clean up.

My husband just asked yesterday if David is going to have any concerts, I answered, “I don’t know” rather sternly I suppose you could say, like it was a far fetched idea. I think he feel that his concerts are a healthy thing to do! I have never learned patience after all of these years trying.
But what now? Have to think on this.
