Didn’t think I would see such a white Nashville. All this snow shoveling makes me feel like I’m right at home, though.

What different kind of selfie. Cute !!!!!!

  3. Abrra said

I tweeted David with a picture I took this morning. He isn’t alone in his task of the day.

According to my Tweetdeck info, David has Twitter back on his iPhone. He coulda sent us a picture of him all decked out in shoveling attire 🙂

Tawna What is this crazy talk of real estate? 😉 I don’t do cruises or airplanes. That is Steno’s thing.

  4. tawna21 said

Abrra, I’m saying that since there are expensive cruises/tours to Siberia and the cold places of the world, you should create your own tour through your own place/backyard (real estate) and charge people to come see ‘the snow and arctic dogs’. Make sense? 🙂 You could even serve cocoa!

  5. Jane said

Sorry I left out “a”. I meant what a different kind of selfie. I do think it’s cute.

  6. tawn21 said

Oh David! A garden shovel and no gloves!! Makes me chuckle and at the same time I feel bad that it is that way!!! But hey!!! Gotta scarf!! 😀

  7. Abrra said

OK Tawna. I get it now. Your original statement was vague to me.

Tour would be the walkway tunnels to 2 bird feeders and the dog pen. The rest of the place is buried under 5 feet of ice and snow. I feel so bad for my kids because they shovel the 75 foot driveway at least 3 times each storm. Sometimes more.

David says ” Something new for me coming from Utah where I guess everybody is used to and prepared for snow days.”

No gloves and wrong shovel. I’d say he is right in line with the natives.

  8. djafan said

I was wondering why no picture! The picture is on facebook and instagram, not on his tweet.

“All this snow shoveling makes me feel like I’m right at home, though.”

“home” Could this be a hint of where he’s living?

  9. Abrra said

The other day our Betsy posted this on Twitter:

Her brother is an amazing individual. It’s a good read 🙂

  10. emifriend said

BRR! It is cold tonight in Nashville! Fun to see David talking about it. We do have shovels and gloves here, but you’d have to risk your life with all the bad drivers going out to buy them 🙂

    Stay warm everybody!

  11. tawna21 said

Stay warm all of you!! We are headed out for a weekend at our daughter’s home where they have received a ton of snow! Oh well, I get to play with the puppies! 🙂

  12. oliveoil said

Good morning everyone !!! Isn’t it nice to get those messages from David ? The fact that he’s living in Nashville right now is great news. It means he is working on his music. Why else would he be there? That’s why I’m still hanging around . 🙂

  13. djafan said

Emifriend! You and all those affected by the snow stay warm!

Betsy! What a read about your brother! How cool what he’s doing. Since my gall bladder attack and opting not to have surgery I’ve just about eliminated all pesticides and preservatives from my diet, proud to say I’ve not had another attack in almost two years! So this is of most interest to me. Thanks Abrra for bringing it here, I missed it on twitter.

Oliveoil, Why on earth would David move to Nashville whether permanently or temporarily if not to create music??? lol Whatever David does or doesn’t do has no impact on my life. So I’m here for when he puts out music 🙂

  14. MT said

Yep, I agree, he must surely be there to write new ♫ music ♫ I hope he finds some great people to collaborate with (in between the shoveling LOL) and I can’t wait to hear the beautiful music he shares with us.

Will it be Funky? Fun? Jazzy? Soulful? Ballads? Pop? Spanish? haha IDK but I’m up for any of it as long as David’s singing it. 🙂

  15. MT said

oh, and that one song he sang(When The Son Of Man) had kind of a country flair. I liked the music and the way his voice sounded on it. 🙂 So I guess anything’s possible!

  16. oliveoil said

I have a feeling it will be all of that …. and more !!!! haha. ( lame joke ) He sings music that makes him feel something. Thar’s what he always says. So I expect he will sing in lots of different styles, and his music will always carry a meaningful message. But no matter what style he sings, there is always that special thing his voice brings to it. It’s that ” thing” that has kept me here for 7 years ( yikes!) and it’s that thing that I just don’t get from any other singer.

  17. djafan said

MT, I’m with Oliveoil, it will be all that and more :)))) Yep, it’s that thing that keeps me here too and doesn’t affect my living my life 🙂

So how are you doing? I hope mother nature decides to warm things up for you soon!

Our temps here in NY are starting to rise and the sun is finally shining! I am so looking forward to Spring weather. Despite all the snow we’ve had on the East Coast, Spring is just around the corner. Daylight Savings Time starts at 2 am this Sunday, March 8. That’s when we turn our clocks ahead one hour.

According to the weather, it’s sunny today in Nashville too, too at 34 degrees. I loved David’s tweet and IG picture! He’s just a normal guy with extraordinary talent who has to shovel his car out of the snow, just like the rest of us.

I knew your brother lived in Hawaii but didn’t know all that he was doing there. Way above my head (literally and figuratively) but it looks like his research and findings will benefit the area for years to come. And for that I say Bravo!

“Will it be Funky? Fun? Jazzy? Soulful? Ballads? Pop? Spanish? haha IDK but I’m up for any of it as long as David’s singing it. :)”
All the above would be fine with me, too. And I think David can do it all without sticking to any one genre of music.

Well, I’m home…there is no place like home! 🙂 Glad David is in Nashville and bet he will be putting out some good music whatever the genre. Last night when watching “Nashville” I was even envisioning him being on there to either being a guest appearance or even getting a regular role part. lol Miracles never cease! Ya never know about that guy, what will come up next.

The Kansas City area has really been lucky with not having any big snow here. Cold temps, but not snow. We have had snow up to May though. It’s not often, but has happened. Supposed to be around 70 by Sunday and nice all next week. I am ready for Spring!!!

Will be on twitter at 9 for the WWTT! See ya!

  24. Abrra said

#17 I wonder if that ruffle got in David’s face when they danced. 😉
    /snark off

MT I’ll take a new picture in the morning. It’s really crazy high snow banks all over. Shopping centers all have huge mountains in the parking lots. Tomorrow I am going to take a ride over to my walking park. That city takes all the downtown snow and makes mountains in the lots there too. I have to see see how tall they are this year.

I have some great news. David has signed with a booking agent so that means he may be touring again or at least will have an agency booking appearances! It is listed in the contact page of his OS – The Windish Agency. He is also listed on their website. Here is the entry on his OS:
    Booking Agent:
    Todd Walker/The Windish Agency

Here is the link I found on Todd Walker. I hope they have a long and successful business relationship.

David’s page on their site. It is a very well written biography.

     photo 97671cb9-8bc6-467f-9546-97b148f22d6a_zpstj5kfauo.jpg

This stood out to me because it signals that David will be more focused on his career. From his OS
    “Charity and LDS requests:
David receives overwhelming amount of requests from charities and the LDS community. At this time we are unable to accommodate any further requests for appearances.
Thanks for your support and cooperation!”

Looks like progress to me 🙂

It was the first time for our 6 year old and he took 4th in his weight division and our seasoned 11 year old took 1st in his weight. I love watching these boys put into use the things that they have practiced so hard to learn. 🙂 But, it’s like I told my son-in-law, the noise level was comparable to sitting through a 6 hour Led Zepplin concert!! 😉

I don’t know if this has been posted before, but this is a comment from one of the firemen who witnessed David singing in their firehouse after 9/11. He found his OS and wanted to thank David:

    ” tommcl54 / February 26, 2015

David…. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for a moment I’ll never forget. On 9/11 we lost all 15 men in my old firehouse in New York City, 40 men in all who I’d known and worked with over the years. One very long and difficult year later we had a gathering at the firehouse, a Mass, a Remembrance, a time to be together with each other and the widows and families of those 15 men, and in the midst of that gathering the firehouse door opened and you walked in with your Dad. He asked if you could sing for us, that you wanted to do so simply to offer comfort and to honor those men, and then you began singing. In the midst of so much pain and heartache, your voice was so unexpected, so beautiful, so comforting. It stopped me in my tracks and I’ve never forgotten that moment, standing alongside the widows and the children, all of us listening to you. You sang God Bless America and I’ll Always Love You, and you touched us all very deeply. The horrors and heartaches of 9/11 will never be forgotten, but neither will that moment be forgotten by me. I’ve spoken of that day several times over the years, telling them how much it touched me, and one day a friend searched online and unbelievably found a YouTube video of it, likely recorded on a cell phone by your Dad. I have the memory imbedded in my mind but to be able to listen to it again, to be able to share that moment with my own children, was and is a real gift. And so after stumbling across your blog online today, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for that beautiful moment of comfort you gave us all on a day we so badly needed it. Thank you, David.
    God Bless….
    Tom McLoughlin
    New York “

Thanks for the find Martha, it’s proof of what we all know, that David’s voice heals.

    Here are the 2 videos:

  47. PBS special is on now about John Denver…Sunshine On My Shoulder…Annie…quite the sound.

His life was artistic, unusual…He would go to the Rockies and ski which would give him huge inspiration. “Annie” was written in 10 minutes while skiing and seeing things most don’t ever see in nature.

His unusual life and the impact his music still has on us is much like David’s story. The beauty of John Denver’s songs never changes. It is possible that David will be like that if he successfully turns the corner of his career.

    SB 🍁

  48. John was complicated, had self doubt, didn’t ever know how good he was. Was trying to discover himself. That sounds so familiar….and had such a smile.

  49. Abrra said

David’s OS is looking a bit bare bones. They have a new theme format. I hope it’s a work in progress. Looks more like a blog than an artist’s OS.

  50. It says also explains that the site is in maintenance etc.

  51. Dayzee said

Just can’t get past those NY firehouse videos. Even at that young age David was fixing people. The healing power of his voice is undeniable.

Always look forward to doing the Sunday puzzle. I know we could fetch puzzles ourselves, but it seems better when Abrra gives them to us.

That OS looks stark. It will look better when there are new things listed under Tours and Events. 🙂

  52. jans11 said

Finally got last weeks puzzle done along with this weeks. Love them both, but this weeks was real special in the blue. I agree with you Dayzee, it’s so much better when Abrra picks them out! 🙂 #putsasurpriseelementthere

Little David is so sweet in these videos. That big voice there, but a little nervous. Maybe what he has meant in his blogs about doing things he didn’t want to do.

  53. bebereader said

Haha funny, Dayzee but so true!!

I watched the same show on John Denver last night and like you, I thought of David! JD was a special human being whom I have missed since he passed away in 1997. I agree, there are similarities to David. Both soulful gentlemen, hugely talented, humanitarians, but what stands out the most is the quality of their voices. The way I felt when I heard John Denver’s voice was very similar to how David’s silky voice makes me feel. Peace and joy in abundance.

I was a huge fan as I know many of David’s fans were, too. There must be a reason so many of David’s fans were fans of John Denver’s. Must be the qualities they share that attract us.

“John was complicated, had self doubt, didn’t ever know how good he was. Was trying to discover himself. That sounds so familiar….and had such a smile.”

I wonder how many artists recognize how good they are. I imagine there’s always a struggle, including self-doubt when you’re as humble as these two gentlemen.

  54. Love their voices, both of them.

  55. djafan said

Interesting that several David fans where avid JD fans. I’m familiar with some of his songs and know of his tragic death but that it’s all. This being a fan started with David.

I did notice that on David’s Windish page he actually has three agents listed. I googled them and found that Todd Walker has been specializing in Performing Arts booking, Alex Rabens came from a classical booking background and Brandon Frankel specializes in Marketing. David definitely needs marketing help! Looks like the agency is going to be working hard for David since he has three agents on his team. Others on the list that I checked had one or two.

On Sunday February 15, David Archuleta, the former American Idol runner-up, delivered an inspiring message and performed for teens at Decker Lake Youth Center.

Archuleta shared the many challenges he faced pursuing his dream of being a singer and the need to work hard everyday to be better.

“I began my singing career in the backyard because I was too afraid to sing in front of others,” Archuleta told the youths. “The dogs in the neighborhood would howl – they were my first real audience members.”

As a young singer, just beginning his career at age 12, Archuleta was diagnosed with a paralyzed vocal cord that could have ended his career.

He was devastated by this news and almost gave up singing all together; instead, he sang on. Although his vocal cord never healed, he was able to adapt. Archuleta believes this has given him his unique sound, as well as helped him to work through other obstacles in his life.

During his time with the youths, Archuleta sang several songs – religious and motivational. Teens and staff were amazed by his gift and willingness to share his time and talents with them.

     photo 342228f8-24e9-43ad-8b37-fbbb2b03324d_zpsnc8k6dzn.jpg
Before heading back to Nashville, where Archuleta works daily on becoming a better singer, he shook each and every one of the teens’ and staff’s hands as well as thanked us all for the opportunity to visit our facility.

Lastly, Archuleta commented on how impressed he was with the youths and the interest and respect they showed him.

DA takes on everything he does with respect, determination, and a very healthy sense of responsibility. The details coming out about his OS simply affirm what we already knew: He takes his career seriously as well.

My concern is not that his efforts might not *fill the bowl* I am holding out. My concern is that I might not have a container (or be a container) expansive enough – a heart understanding enough – to receive what he has in mind to deliver.

  64. emmegirl14 said

Maybe he sang Dream Sky High . I just love that song. So inspirational !

  72. It’s true about his voice oliveoil…but I need to hear it again and not just something from the past or recent past. It seems like he is on the other side of a mountain and I can barely hear him in the distance. I know, a weird thought. I actually read about his speaking to people very quickly as that only interests me just a little after three years. It is his singing voice that the world fans would like to hear, his singing voice. He inspires uniquely through song. We have been saying that for years. He felt that he was given the voice to sing with so let that be always of greatest importance to him. He need not be a dime a dozen but one in a million.

I hear you. It’s that voice that grabbed us from the first time we heard it on American Idol all those years ago. I love to hear him speak too, but his singing voice captivates me like nobody else’s can.

SandyBeaches, I can definitely relate to what you said. Just hold on. New music is coming.

  75. betsy said

    Dja, thanks for that find.
I want to know what he said to the teen inmates.
I can guess what he sang. (although I’d love to know what exactly he did sing)
Sky, he is a beautiful human being. He just does all this and says nothing about it.
    Good going, David. ♥

  76. betsy said

Oh, one more thing. Still listening to this. Putting it out there lol.

Still loving that one too. 🙂 And this one.

53…Guess I’m in the minority. John Denver was good, but I never was a big fan of his.

61…If anyone can put the inmates on the right track, David can.

65…Olive Oil, AMEN!! There is NOT a better singer than David to me!

72…SB, I want to hear his singing voice too. His new album and (hoping for) concerts can’t come soon enough!

09………Betsy Jane, that was quite an article on your brother. Very interesting.

Trying to get caught up some. Had a new kitchen faucet put in and a water pipe broke and water went every where. 😦 Had to do a lot of unexpected cleaning! 🙂

Jans, so sorry to hear about your water problems! I have been out of commission for a while. Miss you guys. And I will probs be gone mostly for another 2 weeks. It is good to see you all here and know that you are keeping on keeping on.

Loved John Denver! Sometime I will tell you about being in Bali and eating dinner at a restaurant that allowed Karaoke.

    Love you guys!

Jan,oh noooooo, yikes! Ya just never know what’s next. My house used to love keeping me on my toes…too often! Lol.
Bluesky, when you get back would sure love to hear your Bali story😀and I loved John Denver too💗 still have all his albums and he sure wrote some beautiful songs with beautiful lyrics. I fell in love with the Rocky Mountains, felt the sea breezes on the “Calypso” ..Cousteau’s boat, and his love for his wife with Annie’s song. “This Old Guitar” still makes me cry every time I hear it. Though very different people, he and David….can see what you mean SB and Bebe , about the similarities .that attracted us . So interesting. Wonder what D is up to today 😃 its warming up hope he gets spring fever and writes some love songs💗hehe

Interesting to see David visiting Decker Lake Youth Center. This facility is just down the street from my home. If you saw David at the E Center, Decker Lake is just over the fence to the north. When I worked for Human Services we often dealt with DLYC. It never occurred to me that David would even be aware of that agency. Now I see he is the perfect person to share his talents, his story, his approach to life with the residents there. I see a whole new facet to David. His heart has no limits.

Betsy “he is a beautiful human being” Amen

Jan, hope your plumbing problems are solved. A couple months ago it was raining in my hallway. A little water can go a long way. And make a big mess.

  83. djafan said

Bluesky, Nothing else better to do, or hear lol

  84. jans11 said

Bluesky, hope your “out of commission” isn’t something dire. Waiting to hear about your Bali and karaoke stories.

Sky, “writes some love songs”….now that would be A ok! 🙂

Dayzee, Raining in your hallway?? Water does have a mind of it’s own and it does go everwhere. Sure can make things messy. Hoping the water messes are gone for a long while! 🙂

All those David smiles in that video sure does a heart good! 🙂

Spring has sprung here in KC. Highs in the 70’ nice after all the frigid weather we had. Even seen a robin and a red bird so I know it’s spring! lol

Wonder which state David is in now?? Utah or Tennessee….. 🙂

The young singer, who is interpreting the soundtrack “Glorious”, the film “Meet the Mormons”, gave autographs at the premiere and participated in a series of interviews as part of the promotion of the documentary that will premiere next Friday 27 February.
This 19 and February 20 was involved in various radio to promote documentary

“I am very happy to participate in this project that will reach many people and will show who are the Mormons ”
David Archuleta, who began his career as a finalist of the popular talent show “American Idol” in its seventh edition in 2008, came to Mexico to participate in the season premiere of the documentary “Meet the Mormons”.
“As a Mormon and singer trying to convey who I really am, my principles and values. Somehow you want motivate people to be better, that’s one of my goals, “he said.
Archuleta served a full-time mission in Chile, interrupting his career during the two years of the service. Today, he says, is in a creative moment when you are writing material in English and Spanish, “I’m learning a lot of music.”

  86. jans11 said

Nice photos! Very interesting article…”I’m learning a lot of music” still makes me wonder what kind of music will be on his agenda. It’s his voice though, so I will be happy no matter what he sings.

Jans11, that can also be translated ” I’m learning a lot about music.” I think that makes more sense.

Oliveoil, “I’m learning a lot about music” does make more sense doesn’t it. Whatever it might be, he is like a sponge and absorbs everything! 🙂

Abs what a great way to celebrate a bright, sunny day! It was that way here in KC today too. Absolutely beautiful, the puzzle and the weather! 🙂

Oh, wow, when I read ‘McCarran’ I knew he had to be in Vegas! And I was just there last week! Maybe he is visiting the Donny and Marie show. I seen on IG that they were doing something special. And 2 weeks ago, Lexi Mae Walker was there on the show. Didn’t see it but seen her advertising it on IG.

It’s nice to see this article about “Glorious” sung in Spanish. I sent it to Gladys, then decided I need to share it here.

LDS family releases Spanish translation of ‘Glorious’

SANDY — In February, a Spanish translation of “Meet the Mormons” premiered in Mexico, and thanks to an LDS family from Utah, Spanish-speakers around the world can also enjoy “Glorious,” a song made popular by the film, in their native language. Miller is from Concepcion, Chile, but now lives with her husband, Matthias, and their three daughters in Sandy. After recognizing the lack of inspirational music available in Spanish, she felt inspired to translate “Glorious.”

“The song is so beautiful in English, and for someone who doesn’t understand, like my parents, they listen to the song in English and they say, ‘I feel something; it’s just so special,’ ” said Miller, who joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints when she was 15. “But when my mother listened to the translation in Spanish, she was tearing up.”

Miller likens listening to the original version to how she felt when she came to the United States and attended sacrament meeting in an English-speaking ward.

“I felt the Spirit, but I couldn’t understand the things, so it wasn’t a deep, 100 percent kind of feeling,” she said. “So when you put that whole entire meaning together with the beautiful music, it just comes together more beautiful and the stronger the feeling.”

Miller’s determination to translate the song increased when she awoke one night at 3 a.m. with a strong feeling that she needed to try. She has never considered herself a talented translator, but with the help of her husband, she began translating the song, hoping others might “also share in hearing and sharing their singing expressions of this beautiful song — in Spanish.”

The Millers originally planned to have their daughters, Seli, 18; Desi, 17; and Ari, 15, record the song on an iPhone, but when the translation took more effort than they expected, they broadened their horizons. The Millers sought the help of their friend Masa Fukuda, director of One Voice Children’s Choir, who agreed to accompany the girls in a video.

95…Abs thanks for the article . Very nice Spanish rendition of Glorious. Yes, Dja, it would be Glorioso for David to sing in Spanish. It would be very impresionante! I googled awesome…lol 🙂 Me encanta esta cancion, es impresionante!!

    96…Sage, we know the feeling…. 🙂

Thanks for the puzzle and for info on the Spanish version of Glorious. All things considered, I’m surprised David didn’t do a version in Spanish. But I’m not complaining because we got Nunca Pence instead and I LOVE that song. 😀

LOL at Sage’s tweet. Poor thing. David had her all discombobulated.

Look at you with your Spanish! 🙂

When David left I told myself I would learn Spanish by the time he got back. Yeah, it didn’t happen.

#96 Poor Sage lol She was bedazzled and lost all sense of what to say. LOL Thinking of myself the first time I met David. I rehearsed what I wanted to say. But when it was my turn to speak the question I had came out too simple. I wanted to tell him how the fans wrote letters in support of him singing the full song “One” and wanted to ask if he received the letters since I had a hand in compiling them. Instead I said “Do you know the one letter?” haha David did his signature, ‘HUH?????’ I finally explained what I meant and then he did his signature ‘Ohhhhhhh!” LOL Embarrassing.

I finally completed a puzzle! Yayyyyyyy

    See y’all in chat.

Sunday’s puzzle compliments of fan Rebecca from Michigan.

This headline caught my eye on Twitter
    “Ethopia’s Incredible Underground Churches”.
“All of the churches are monolithic—they are each completely carved out of a huge chunk of natural rock. Some are embedded in cliff faces, but the majority of them are carved downwards—into the earth—so that it appears as if the churches are actually underground. ”

  106. Dayzee said

Those old churches are truly incredible. Those huge old stones are indestructible. Envisioning how many feet have walked on them.

Chat was fun last night. Good to have so many friends drop in. And David was in great form.

There’s a lovely article about David on The lady who writes it sings in the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and sang with David at the Christmas concert in 2010. I love her blog. It’s always so positive. So like David.

Dayzee, I found her by accident when I was on the MoTab website to sign up for the ticket lottery when David sang at the Christmas Concert. I think they had a listing of other connected blogs or something. Anyway, she is a wonderful woman and writes such inspiring and insightful blogs. I’ve been reading them ever since and commenting also. She has mentioned him often, but this is the first time she’s actually had a blog where he was featured. She knows I’m a big fan. If anyone else would care to read her article about David, and comment, she’ll see just how many fans he has out there.

I had one too. With 80* weather today, had to go out shopping…for some more shoes….beige ones. 🙂 We have a super big outdoor mall here about 4 miles from me called The Legends. Off I go and when I was walking up the sidewalk between a bunch of stores….there’s David singing TOSOD!!! It was so awesome where everyone walking around could here him and it was packed out there since it’s spring break here for the students. I wanted to skip and hop on to the store, but didn’t want to look totally stupid since I did have a big grin on my face! 🙂 Went into the store and they didn’t have it on inside. Was going back outside but it was almost over anyway and there was a lot of people coming in! 🙂 There is nothing better than hearing David over the PA system anywhere! Well, except seeing him in person in concert! 🙂 🙂

    Happy Birthday, Tawna. 🙂

I got home from work tonight around 11 and have been looking at old AI David videos. I hadn’t done that
    in quite some time.
I noticed something that I don’t think I had before. The incredible harmonizing that went on between David
and the lead singer from One Republic. Back and forth. it seemed totally natural and off the cuff. It’s better
than I remembered, especially since I typically focused only on David lol. But they would look at each other
and do that harmonizing. I LOVE it.
Sidenote: I removed my avatar temporarily so I could comment on a court chat site lol.

In our mailbag a note from Munk that I thought I would share here.

    “Just a little thought….

Abrra made a comment about David that reminded me of the great fable, The Tortoise and the Hair. She referred David to being slow and steady. It brought to my mind the quote from the book, “Slow and steady wins the race…” I couldn’t help but think that “YES!” David will win the race! And what race is that? Its not a race to win fame, or the honors of men. It is a race to make a difference in the world, to bring light, hope and joy into hearts. And while he is steadily walking the walk, he will be jumping over the hurdles of the naysayers. I, for one, am excited to be along the pathway, cheering him on! I will be partying at the finish line when he crosses!

So pumped at what he is creating… 😀 ”

  127. bebereader said

It finally happened! I’ve been a Five For Fighting fan for many years and ever since David covered “The Riddle” at CFTH a few years ago, I would once in a while tweet youtubes of one of David’s performances to John Ondrasik from FFF. I guess he never saw my tweets but that’s okay. He found it on his own. I couldn’t be happier, as long as he found it. My next wish is for them to collaborate on song-writing!!

  128. bebereader said

Here’s another song by John Ondrasik that pulls at your heartstrings like “The Riddle”. “I Just Love You” was written for his four-year-old daughter. One can hope that David will choose to cover this some day, too. He probably knows the song since he is a fan of Five For Fighting/Ondrasik.

The FFF music and lyrics are so beautiful. Great to see John O. acknowledge David’s version of Riddle. Being Irish, I appreciated David’s Happy St. Patrick’s Day message. There is so much joy in that 7 minute blog. And also much compassion for others. What a jewel he is!
