Shelley has created this group birthday card to
send to David for his 23rd birthday!
Last year she also created one that had over 1000 signatures.
She thought David would like it and did he!
Elder Archuleta sent us this!
Shelley has been busy working on the details of
the card to be printed into a birthday book.
The great staff at Staples remembered last years birthday project and let her know they’re ready to help!
Great customer service 🙂
So please, if you haven’t already signed the card click HERE to go, no RUN 
to sign David’s 23rd birthday card. There are about 600 birthday wishes as of now and we need at least 600 more to get it above last years count. It would be awesome to receive a picture of his joy upon receiving it. The deadline to sign is October 4th. This will give enough time to get it printed and bound into a beautiful card from all of his fans.
And we might just get another picture showing us that great smile. 🙂

Good post, djafan, to bring attention to a very important project! I signed it a few weeks ago and my daughter signed it last week. Need to get my granddaughters on the ball…we can’t let David down! Wonder what’s holding everyone up, as I know he has more than 600 fans!

Thank you all for the happy birthday wishes! I had a very happy one, went to lunch with my husband, then shopping, then to a dinner at church for just the women. Watched the General Relief Society Meeting broadcast world-wide afterwards and heard some great talks. Feeling blessed and thankful for life and all of you.

Is it just me or what? I feel like the older I get, I realize just how young David is.
I am not really aging gracefully lol, I’ll be glad when this year is over. IT’S BEEN A HOT ONE. 🙂
I’m up in the north country visiting my daughter and Adam. (others too, but those two are the most important) 🙂
We went to an orchard/pumpkin patch/hayride thing. Ate donuts, cider, apples. 🙂 The weather was beautiful.

OK, whoever has still not signed David’s card, (you know who you are) pleasepleaseplease do it now or by the 4th of October which is this Friday. I know all those people who trended him have not all signed it. If you have more than one email account, please sign using any and all accounts, as many times as possible. I really want the number to top last year. There isn’t much we can do to support or engage at this time but what we can do, we should. And we can do this, I know it. 1200 signatures or bust! Have faith in where Craig is sending your son for his continuing rehab. Consider the fact that they want the best chance for him to progress in his recovery. He is blessed to have spent time in Craig. I see it as such a positive that he is being sent to a place that they consider qualified to help him on his journey.

One more thing, I saw Michael Buble in concert last Saturday night for my husband’s birthday. The show was good but you don’t get the euphoric feeling you get after one of @davidarchie’s concerts. I enjoyed hearing Buble sing the songs I knew but the ones I didn’t know bored me. Unlike David, who makes you fall in love with every song with his amazing voice and interpretation. Euphoria or not, The Prudential Center in Newark, NJ (where I also saw David on the Demi tour) was packed to the gills and the matinee seats we had were not cheap. I would love to see David headlining a show at the 20,000-seat Prudential Center one day, if that is what he wants.

So here is a little story. I really like Cesar Milan, and follow him on Twitter AND Instagram. He is MUCHO prolific on both, Instagram the most.
Last week he was in Mexico, cleaning up after the hurricane and feeding the dogs who were lost.
This week guess where he is?
Santiago, Chile.

Having some computer issues so haven’t been on here as much a I want.
Dayzee, I’ve been thinking of you and your son a lot too and was glad to see that he is still recovering. All my prayers and good wishes go out to you and him for continuing progress. ♥ Even tho I only live about 200 miles from Omaha, and have friends there, I’m not familiar with Quality Living. Betsy, I loooove Cesar! Have watched him for years, I have videos of the Dog Whisperer and some of his books. He is so respectful toward animals and people. There are alot of things about him that remind me of David. I hope there is some kind of craaazy karma going on and the two shall meet in Santiago! I think they would like each other. 🙂

I love the Dog Whisperer, Cesar Milan! Years ago I used to watch his show religiously and I didn’t even have a dog. lol. I later adopted a dog from the humane society and used some of the tips I remembered from him. One thing I did that I believe has been so effective is to simply tell my dog to sit and wait a few minutes after I put her food down before I give her the signal to eat. He said just those few minutes of discipline every day alone would establish you as the pack leader. With dogs, SOMEBODY has to be the pack leader and if it isn’t you, THEY will assume the role. Anyway, I showed my Kali that 2 or 3 times and never had to tell her again. She still will not touch her dish unless I or my husband give her the signal. She never does anything wrong, not even kidding, won’t dig in trash or chew or touch anything that doesn’t belong to her. Oh, except that when we first got her when she was a puppy, if we left her alone, she would take mine or my husbands socks to the living room and neatly fold them. haha.

Bluesky, today is the last day to sign the card. I watched the count approach 900 and the last few days has been 150-250. Maybe it rolls over after a certain point. Hopefully, we will get an official count from Shelley soon. 🙂
