See how he can touch the people all around the world? His choices of songs, well David you have the messages right there in the palm of your hands. Sometimes we think that he should be on some show like DWTS and then we see and listen to something like this in the cold early morning and everything else seems so small.
His songs are like bolts of lightening in the right places at the right time., ..

Thank you so much for posting these performances — David’s voice is beyond amazing. Oh my, the yearning in “Wait” — heart-wrenching, and I think that’s my favourite rendition of “Crazy”. What the heck, every song was perfect. David is perfect! (the ‘merry men’ were darn good too)

What a beautiful heartfelt Acoustic concert for such a fine occasion. I’m so glad they selected David and his musicians to perform for the CASBAA Convention and Debut of TV 365.
The dedication for Japan was special. GGTT was such a great choice.
I’ve been Waiting for Wait and love that debut performance. Every song was special in it’s own way and the messages seem so meaningful each time David sings after his little Intro’s.

Thanks so much for bringing us all the vids from his performance!! His voice sounded great! I like ALL the performances, but was actually a little surprised at how much I like this acoustic version of TOSOD.
I must say, it was interesting to see him sitting for almost the whole performance. It did look like he was having a hard time holding still on TOSOD. LOL Chair dancing David FTW. 😀
And I love WAIT! I can’t wait to see the video.

Thank you to the night owls for such a treat this morning–The first three hours of my day have been toast—I’m toast–we’re all toast–I’ve never heard him in better voice ( you can hear the voice) it just soars in these acoustic settings–I take that back Mo Tab was spectacular– my wish is that everyone in the world could hear these!!

I can’t believe I’m up lol I’m sure I’ll pay for it later. David’s voice is in my head spinning and circling all around. When he said he was going to sing Wait I couldn’t believe my ears. Bebe must have spotted me on twitter and texted me. I am never up that late. Good thing I was. David is incredible.
I love his banter.
After reading all the talk of the fetus on twitter and DWTS (not good by the way) I decided to take a look. Seriously I don’t get it, he really can’t sing! And on top of that attitude like I know I’m good. This reminds me of the story of the emperor’s clothes, no one tells him he’s naked, no one is telling him he can’t sing!

And to all interested, my daughter’s name is Neela Jasmin Juulia. She’s now 3 months old, and she smiles a lot and demands constant attention and communication. She’s quite hyper already – I’m a bit scared for the future to be honest 😛

What a delightful show last night. It amazed me that so many people were up and on Twitter, waiting, in case there as a livestream of the show. Sure enough a link appeared and what a thrill it was to watch in real time. I loved the backup singing by the band. David was oozing with confidence.
“Wait” was a lot of fun, sung live!
Hope it’s now part of the pop portion of the MKOC setlist.

Love the way they organized this with him getting rest before the concert and being in top voice. I feel his SOUL in Wait. Always enjoy EWTRTW-David’s message to those that try to change him! GGTT was a great tribute to the Japenese people. Never tire of Crazy, Stand By Me and his debut song Crush. I think he got his message across in TOSOD but think it was hard to sit.

Any body got a clue if David has left yet. Is he traveling alone? Did the band leave ahead of him? When is he expected to land? HUH ? HUH ? HUH ? — Got to get in my worry mode– pace my breathing– know when to re-dye my hair–kitty and the prayer sure help tho!!

#91 Dakgal The band left ahead of David.Steve tweeted that he is home in LA. He had said previously they wouldn’t be in the video shoot or staying for that. David’s last tweet said the video shoot was a wrap. Not sure when he’s leaving or when he is expected to land. Not sure if they view the video and do retakes or not but it is now 3:52 a.m. there. May be leaving soon.

Thank You Heidijoy—-See this is what happens when you don’t tweet or have any idea on how to follow twitter–how do you see what everybody is saying?—unless you follow them. Some will say “everybody is talking about it on twitter” – –it’s a big mystery to me!!
How do you know when someone you follow tweets? Unless you ck every second. I have no magical iphone.
I’m in the dark–I tell ya–in the dark (ages?)—so I rely one the hep ones to keep me informed–love it when they share a tweet. I feel that they’re letting me in on something.

Ask one of your techy family members to set up Tweetdeck on your computer. You can set up “Search” windows and see anyone’s time line in real time. It’s like a browser for twitter. You have to sign up for twitter to use Tweetdeck. You log in to it with your twitter info.You don’t have to “follow” those who you add a search window. For example you can add a search DavidArchie column and see his tweets and all the ones that mention his twitter name.

Hong Kong Acoustic David, unbelievable.
With every performance he continues his evolution of this insanely ridiculous one of a kind talent. I do believe these are now my favorite versions of every song he sang. The band, stellar! Loved it! Wait, killer. EWTRTW, can’t even talk about it because there really are no words.
Really, really…really liked the stool. Focus on the songs, his incredible stylizing, and of course, the voice.
Amazing. Amazing. Amazing.
Oh yeah… and it looks to be a very nice video. 😉

I haven’t visited the DA site for quite a while. On his bio I saw a pic I had not seen before. (since we are sharing new pics… well, new to me.) I thought it was a very. nice. pic.

Lord,
Please take care of David. Watch over him and protect him from all harm.
Cloak him with your love and give him the strength to endure all that is thrown in his path.
Give David the courage and guidance to say no to those who ask for more than he can reasonably give.
Surround David with people who will love and support him unconditionally as we do and always will.
Separate David from those who have agendas other than for his well being.
Give him rest when he’s weary and stamina to sustain his hectic pace.
Give him assurance when he feels doubt and give him joy when he feels sad.
Keep him always in your protective arms during this time on his journey to Hong Kong and back home again.

I love dim sum, so glad he had the opportunity to try it. I would have loved to have seen him trying all that food. I’m not to fond of the red beans myself lol.

Oh my goodness! DHL just now delivered my autographed GCT CD — I ordered it from Deseret online only yesterday, the 3rd! I did pay for priority shipping but wow, how fast is that when it even had to cross the border? Also, I’m amazed how David even manages to dot the ‘i’ and cross the ‘t’ after seeing his speed-signing in that video! Mr. Perfection he is.
